Digestion is one of those bodily processes that you don’t even notice when it is running smoothly, but as soon as one tiny thing is off you start to feel it in a pretty big way. Digestion Diseases affect roughly 60-70 million Americans, and a larger percentage of women than men. Being bloated on daily basis, having inconsistent stools, and super smelly gas isn’t normal and you can do a lot to figure out what’s going on. This is something I really enjoy working with clients on, particularly because I can RELATE. There are two extremely helpful tests that I use with digestive clients, the GI-MAP stool test and the Mediator Release Test (MRT) Food Sensitivity test. These tests are invaluable for creating a targeted protocol, along with creating a diet free of food sensitivities so that the body can heal and digestive function can be restored.
